Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 40ml sake
- 40ml 7up/sprite
- 20ml peach puree
- 20ml peach syrup
- 1 unit lemon wedge
Method
- Prepare glassware: chilled martini rocks glass, syrup rimmed
- Fill mixing vessel with ice
- Squeeze and drop lemon wedge and combine with liquid ingredients (Brockmans Gin, sake, soda, peach puree, peach syrup)
- Stir for 10-15 seconds then strain into glass
- add garnish
