From the Gin to the Bitter

Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 50ml Wild Sardinia Mirto
  • 1 bar spoon Flos Amaro di Luppolo

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Measure the spirits into the ice
  3. Spin the mixture together with a bar spoon for thirty seconds
  4. Fill a small tumbler with fresh ice
  5. Strain the shaker into the tumbler
  6. Garnish with a pinch of fresh peppermint
