Ingredients
- 40ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Slinsgby Rhubarb
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Gomme
- 20ml Elderflower Cordial
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit (1/4)
Method
- Add 1/4 grapefruit in to tin and muddle
- Add the rest of the ingredients and ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into frosted Martini glass
- Add garnish and serve
