Ingredients
- 35ml Brockmans gin
- 25ml fiorente elderflower liqueur
- 15ml blueberry liqueur la valdoteine
- 2 dashes pink pepper and grapefruit syrup homemade
- 15ml juice of red berries
- 20ml elderflower tonic
Method
- muddle the berries in one half of the shaker tin
- put all ingredients into the shaker and fill it with ice
- shake well for 15 seconds to smash all berries to have the right intensity of colour
- double strain in a vintage medium tumbler
- add elderflower tonic to give more aroma
