Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans gin
  • 25ml fiorente elderflower liqueur
  • 15ml blueberry liqueur la valdoteine
  • 2 dashes pink pepper and grapefruit syrup homemade
  • 15ml juice of red berries
  • 20ml elderflower tonic

Method

  1. muddle the berries in one half of the shaker tin
  2. put all ingredients into the shaker and fill it with ice
  3. shake well for 15 seconds to smash all berries to have the right intensity of colour
  4. double strain in a vintage medium tumbler
  5. add elderflower tonic to give more aroma
