Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans gin
- 30ml Mixed berry purée
- 15ml Orange liqueur
- 15ml Lime juice
- 7.5ml Ginger juice
- 3 dashes Creole bitter
- 60ml Tio-pepe Chamomile foam
Method
- First chill the coupe glass
- Pour the Brockmans Gin, mixed berry purée, orange liqueur, lime juice, ginger juice and bitters
- Add ice and shake well
- After shaking, double strain into the coupe glass
- Top with tio-pepe chamomile foam.
- Garnish with dehydrated orange and slices of strawberry
- Serve with coaster and a smile
