Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans gin
  • 30ml Mixed berry purée
  • 15ml Orange liqueur
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 7.5ml Ginger juice
  • 3 dashes Creole bitter
  • 60ml Tio-pepe Chamomile foam

Method

  1. First chill the coupe glass
  2. Pour the Brockmans Gin, mixed berry purée, orange liqueur, lime juice, ginger juice and bitters
  3. Add ice and shake well
  4. After shaking, double strain into the coupe glass
  5. Top with tio-pepe chamomile foam.
  6. Garnish with dehydrated orange and slices of strawberry
  7. Serve with coaster and a smile
