Ingredients
- 35ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Homemade Blueberry Cordial
- 25ml Homemade Pink Grapefruit Sherbet
- 25ml Cranberry Juice
- 2 dashes Orinoco Bitters
Method
- Chill a coupette glass
- Build ingredients in a shaker
- Japanese hard shake with cubed ice
- Remove ice from coupette glass
- Fine strain into glass using a hawthorn and sieve
- Garnish
- Serve
