Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 10ml Homemade Guava Syrup
- 10ml Monin Flower Blossom Syrup
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 30ml Egg White
Method
- In a shaker tin, combine all the ingredients and dry shake
- Add some ice then shake again
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
