Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 10ml Homemade Guava Syrup
  • 10ml Monin Flower Blossom Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 30ml Egg White

Method

  1. In a shaker tin, combine all the ingredients and dry shake
  2. Add some ice then shake again
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
