Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Chambord
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Grenadine
  • 1 dash Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 5 units Fresh Raspberry
  • 80ml B-Tree (Birch Juice)

Method

  1. Add Brockmans Gin to shaker
  2. Add Lime Juice, Chambord, Grenadine, Simple Syrup
  3. Add Fresh Raspberry
  4. Hard shake
  5. Double strain into highball
  6. Top up with B-Tree
