Ingredients
- 25ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
- 25ml Framboise Monin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Egg White
- 25ml Pineapple juice
Method
- Place Sloe gin and Framboise Monin layered on the bottom of the glass
- Add Brockmans Gin and lemon juice mix shaken with cubed ice
- Add crushed ice into glass
- Strain the shaken mix over the crushed ice
- Dry shake egg white and pineapple juice to get thick foam
- Lay the foam on top
