Ingredients

  • 25ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • 25ml Framboise Monin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Egg White
  • 25ml Pineapple juice

Method

  1. Place Sloe gin and Framboise Monin layered on the bottom of the glass
  2. Add Brockmans Gin and lemon juice mix shaken with cubed ice
  3. Add crushed ice into glass
  4. Strain the shaken mix over the crushed ice
  5. Dry shake egg white and pineapple juice to get thick foam
  6. Lay the foam on top
