Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 50ml Pomegranate Juice
- 40ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Yuzu Juice
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker, add some ice shake and it properly
- Double strain and pour to a nice looking wine glass
- For a garnish put a slice of a grapefruit vertically to divide a glass into two halves using one half for pomegranate seeds and the other half for an ice cubes
