Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans
  • 30ml Honeydew melon
  • 15ml Lime
  • 8ml Elderflower
  • 15ml Almond and Allspice Cordial

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into shaker
  2. Shake vigoursly with ice
  3. Double strain into coupe glass
  4. Garnish with lime wheel
