Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Jalapeño rosemary syrup
- 30ml Grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Method
- To create the syrup: use equal parts sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add a cup of sliced jalapeños and 3-4 sprigs of rosemary. Let simmer for 15-20mins or until desired taste
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake well (10 seconds)
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Add garnishes
- To flame orange twist: twist and squeeze orange peel over lit match
