Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 40ml Elderberry liqueur (red)
  • 15ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 5 units Blackberries
  • 10g Dark Chocolate (80% Cocoa)
  • 0.25 bar spoon coarse sea salt

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate gently and mix the molten chocolate with the sea salt
  2. Garnish the inside of the glass with a stripe of the sea salt dark chocolate
  3. In your shaker add the blackberries and muddle them
  4. Add the gin, elderberry liqueur, lime juice and chocolate bitters
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the drink is cold
  6. Double strain the Brocktail into your Coupette glass with the chocolate stripe
  7. Add the garnish and serve the drink
