Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 40ml Elderberry liqueur (red)
- 15ml fresh Lime Juice
- 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 5 units Blackberries
- 10g Dark Chocolate (80% Cocoa)
- 0.25 bar spoon coarse sea salt
Method
- Melt the chocolate gently and mix the molten chocolate with the sea salt
- Garnish the inside of the glass with a stripe of the sea salt dark chocolate
- In your shaker add the blackberries and muddle them
- Add the gin, elderberry liqueur, lime juice and chocolate bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the drink is cold
- Double strain the Brocktail into your Coupette glass with the chocolate stripe
- Add the garnish and serve the drink
