Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans gin
  • 20ml Passion fruit
  • 15ml Ginger sypup
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 30ml Pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitter

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake
  2. Strain into a highball and top with crushed ice
  3. Garnish
