Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 50ml Fresh beetroot juice
  • 10ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (2:1)
  • 5 drops Bobs Chocolate Bitters

Method

  1. Chill coupette and set aside
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously
  3. Double strain into chilled coupette
