Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 50ml Fresh beetroot juice
- 10ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 drops Bobs Chocolate Bitters
Method
- Chill coupette and set aside
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously
- Double strain into chilled coupette
