Ingredients
- 25ml Brockmans gin
- 25ml St Germain
- 25ml grapefruit syrup
- 1 bar spoon orange marmalade
- 1 dash soda water
- 10g rosemary
Method
- Shake Brockmans, St Germain, grapefruit syrup, marmalade and a small amount of rosemary with ice
- Double strain into copa glass
- Add a dash of soda water
