Ingredients

  • 12 units Blueberry
  • 3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • 2 dashes Cherry Bitters
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Noilly Prat Dry
  • 10ml Lillet blanc

Method

  1. Muddle blueberries with all bitters and simple syrup. Place in chilled martini glass or coupe
  2. In a mixing glass stir Brockmans Gin for 10-12 seconds dependant on ice quality
  3. Then add your vermouths
  4. Stir for a further 6-8 seconds
  5. Fine strain/Float your gin martini on top of the ‘purée’ in your martini glass and garnish
