Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans gin
- 15ml Blue curacao
- 10ml Branca menta
- 15ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Sicilian lemon white balsamic
- 1ml Egg white
- 30ml Fever tree tonic water
Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a shaker tin
- Dry shake all the ingredients
- Add ice and shake until properly diluted
- Add four ice cubes into a Collins glass
- Strain the drink into the glass
- Top with tonic water and garnish with a mint sprig and a black licorice twizzler (to use as a straw)
