Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Rosemary and blackberry cordial
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Lavender bitters
- 15ml Egg whites
Method
- Add 15ml of Blackberry/Rosemary cordial
- Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Add 50ml of Brockmans Gin
- Reverse dry shake with 15ml of egg white
- Garnish with skewed blackberries and rosemary sprig
