Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 2.5g Marmalade Gum Syrup Orange Bitter Bio
  • 10ml Black Fabri
  • 15ml Drambuie
  • 60ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 unit Crushed strawberry
  • 2.5g chilli pepper
  • 50ml Quail Rose Liqueur in white foam

Method

  1. Grind the strawberry
  2. Mix the ingredients in a shaker with ice
  3. Create the foam (ester sucro)
  4. Double strain into a glass
  5. Top with foam
  6. Garnish with rose petals and chilli peppers
