Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 30ml Chambord
- 3 units Blackberry
- 30ml Egg White
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 60ml Seltzer Water
Method
- Add the blackberries into the shaker and muddle
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for the seltzer water
- Add ice and hard shake
- Remove the ice from the shaker and dry shake again
- Serve into a cold Fizz glass and top with Seltzer water
