Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml Chambord
  • 3 units Blackberry
  • 30ml Egg White
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 60ml Seltzer Water

Method

  1. Add the blackberries into the shaker and muddle
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the seltzer water
  3. Add ice and hard shake
  4. Remove the ice from the shaker and dry shake again
  5. Serve into a cold Fizz glass and top with Seltzer water
