Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml Thai Chai Syrup
  • 2 bar spoons Poached Blueberries
  • 12ml Sparkling Water

Method

  1. Poach blueberries with sugar and water
  2. Brew Thai chai tea, combine with sugar to make Thai chai syrup
  3. Combine all ingredients into shaker
  4. Shake and pour into large rocks glass
  5. Top with sparkling water
