Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 30ml Thai Chai Syrup
- 2 bar spoons Poached Blueberries
- 12ml Sparkling Water
Method
- Poach blueberries with sugar and water
- Brew Thai chai tea, combine with sugar to make Thai chai syrup
- Combine all ingredients into shaker
- Shake and pour into large rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
