Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 22ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Home-made Cucumber Syrup
- 3ml Home-made Dragon Pearl Jasmin Tincture
- 0.5ml Blure (Flower Extract)
- 0.5ml Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters
Method
- Put all ingredients in a shaker except the Blure
- Add ice cubes
- Shake vigorously
- Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice
- Add 3 to 5 drops of Blure on top
- Garnish with grapefruit peel and flowers
