Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 12.5ml St Germain
  • 25ml White Grapefruit Juice
  • 35ml 1/2 to 1 honey water
  • 5ml Fresh blueberry Juice
  • 125ml Dry Cidre

Method

  1. Muddle fresh blueberries until 5 ml of juice is acquired
  2. Add all spirits, blueberry juice, grapefruit juice, and honey water to copa glass
  3. Garnish with fresh blueberries and apple slices
  4. Top with 125ml of dry cidre
