Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 10ml Dry Curaçao (Pierre Ferrand)
  • 5ml Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a tin with ice
  2. Stir vigorously
  3. Strain over old fashioned glass with ice
