Ingredients

  • 75ml Brockmans Gin
  • 12.5ml Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin
  • 12.5ml Lejay Liqueur de Pamplemousse Rose
  • 50ml Prosecco Rosé
  • 1 dash Soda Water
  • 25ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 12.5ml Home-made Raspberry Gomme
  • 12 units Mixed Berries

Method

  1. Chill Brockmans Gin copa glass
  2. Muddle mixed berries in a Boston shaker.
  3. Pour fresh grapefruit juice, gomme, Brockmans Gin, Puerto de Indias and Lejay Liqueur into the shaker
  4. Shake thoroughly with cubed ice
  5. Double strain into a chilled Brockmans Gin copa glass
  6. Fill the glass with cubed ice and mixed berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry).
  7. Layer Prosecco Rosé over ice
  8. Top with a dash of soda water
