Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 12.5ml St Germain
- 25ml White Grapefruit Juice
- 35ml 1/2 to 1 honey water
- 5ml Fresh blueberry Juice
- 125ml Dry Cidre
Method
- Muddle fresh blueberries until 5 ml of juice is acquired
- Add all spirits, blueberry juice, grapefruit juice, and honey water to copa glass
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and apple slices
- Top with 125ml of dry cidre
