Ingredients
- 40ml Brockmans gin
- 5ml Unicum Plum
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon mascarpone
- 2 bar spoons Staud’s blueberry jam
Method
- Pour all ingredients in to the shaker
- Shake it
- Powder a snifter glass with blueberry-sugar powder
- Double strain the cocktail in to the powdered shifter glass
- Garnish it with a lemon peel
