Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans gin
  • 5ml Unicum Plum
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon mascarpone
  • 2 bar spoons Staud’s blueberry jam

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients in to the shaker
  2. Shake it
  3. Powder a snifter glass with blueberry-sugar powder
  4. Double strain the cocktail in to the powdered shifter glass
  5. Garnish it with a lemon peel
