Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Coconut rum : kokokanu
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 4 dashes Basil citric acid
Method
- Chill a Nick & Nora glass
- Put the Brockmans Gin, coconut rum (Kokokanu), sugar and the basil citric acid into a mixing glass
- Stir until the mixing glass is cold and all the flavours are even
- Take out the ice from your Nick and Nora glass and pour the drink into the glass
- Put the top of the basil into the glass with a spoon
- Add 4 to 5 drop of balsamic infused olive oil on the top
- And voila! Enjoy!
