Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Locally Foraged Rose Hip Syrup
- 1 dash Ginger Ale
- 1 dash Edible Gold Spray
Method
- Add the Brockmans Gin, grapefruit juice & rose hip syrup to a Boston shaker
- Shake for 10 seconds over ice
- Using a hawthorn strainer, strain into the Holy Grail Chalice
- Top up with ice cubes
- Top with a dash of ginger ale
- Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a dusting of edible gold spray
- I insist this cocktail is drunk cupped in 2 hands to add to the theatrics of the Holy Grail theme
