The Holy Grail Highball

Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Locally Foraged Rose Hip Syrup
  • 1 dash Ginger Ale
  • 1 dash Edible Gold Spray

Method

  1. Add the Brockmans Gin, grapefruit juice & rose hip syrup to a Boston shaker
  2. Shake for 10 seconds over ice
  3. Using a hawthorn strainer, strain into the Holy Grail Chalice
  4. Top up with ice cubes
  5. Top with a dash of ginger ale
  6. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and a dusting of edible gold spray
  7. I insist this cocktail is drunk cupped in 2 hands to add to the theatrics of the Holy Grail theme
