Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmas gin
- 90ml Black tea
- 2 bar spoons Powdered non fat milk
- 30ml Whipping cream
- 20ml Muscovado sugar
- 60g Tapioca
- 30g Fresh blueberry
Method
- Add Brockmans Gin, black tea, 2 bar spoons non fat powdered milk, 20ml Muscovado syrup in a shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Garnish in a hurricane glass 60g tapioca and 30g fresh blueberries
