Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 10ml Watermelon lime purée
  • 1g Muddled mint
  • 20ml Cava
  • 5 drops Jalapeño infused simple syrup

Method

  1. Muddle mint with jalapeño syrup in a shaker
  2. Add ice, gin and watermelon, lime purée
  3. Shake and pour over ice
  4. Top with cava
