Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 10ml Watermelon lime purée
- 1g Muddled mint
- 20ml Cava
- 5 drops Jalapeño infused simple syrup
Method
- Muddle mint with jalapeño syrup in a shaker
- Add ice, gin and watermelon, lime purée
- Shake and pour over ice
- Top with cava
