Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Blueberry rice milk syrup
- 3 units Fresh Sage leaves
Method
- Clap and smash the sage leaves then put them into the shaker
- Add the remaining ingredients with ice
- Shake vigorously to break the leaves
- Double strain into the glass
- To make the blueberry rice milk: use any blueberry flavoured milk wash it with rice (ratio 1:1). Muddle and stir to release the rice flavours. Strain with cheesecloth then add sugar with ratio 1:1
