Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Bols Cherry Brandy Liqueur
  • 1 dash Taylor's Port Tawny 20 Years Old
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon juice
  • 60ml Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker except the champagne
  2. Add some ice cubes in the shaker and shake well
  3. Strain into the Coupette/Opera Italia glass (without ice)
  4. Slowly and carefully, fill with ice-cold champagne
  5. Perfume with lemon zest
  6. Garnish with the lemon zest
