Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Ramazzotri Apertivo Rosato
  • 15ml Honey Simple Syrup 1:1
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash Cranberry Bitters
  • 15ml Aquafaba

Method

  1. Chill coupe glass
  2. Add all ingredients except aquafaba to shaker tin with ice
  3. Shake until cold
  4. Strain out old liquid into shaker, again
  5. Add aquafaba
  6. Shake vigorously
  7. Double strain into chilled cocktail coupe
