Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans gin
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 20ml sweet and sour
  • 75ml ginger beer
  • 3 units blueberry
  • 3 units blue raspberry
  • 3 units lime

Method

  1. Start by putting the lime wedges, blueberries and blue raspberries in a low tumbler. Then proceed by pouring 20ml of sweet and sour and 20ml of lemon juice and muddle
  2. Add 40ml of Brockmans Gin and pour 25ml of Cointreau and some mint leaves
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and finish by topping with ginger beer
