Ingredients
- 40ml Brockmans gin
- 25ml Cointreau
- 20ml sweet and sour
- 75ml ginger beer
- 3 units blueberry
- 3 units blue raspberry
- 3 units lime
Method
- Start by putting the lime wedges, blueberries and blue raspberries in a low tumbler. Then proceed by pouring 20ml of sweet and sour and 20ml of lemon juice and muddle
- Add 40ml of Brockmans Gin and pour 25ml of Cointreau and some mint leaves
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and finish by topping with ginger beer
