Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 40ml Half and half
  • 30ml Fresh lime juice
  • 30ml Egg white
  • 20ml Pink grapefruit syrup
  • 4 dashes Aromatic bitters
  • 20g Fresh strawberry
  • 60ml Soda water

Method

  1. Chill the highball glass
  2. Pour all ingredients into shaker except the soda
  3. Dry shake, then shake with ice
  4. Double strain into a highball glass with 30ml soda
  5. Let the drink rest until it forms a head
  6. Pour the remaining 30ml soda until it gets a disk-like head
