  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 75ml Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 15ml Lime
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit bitters

  1. Shake first 3 ingredients over ice with a small handful of parsley
  2. Pour into rocks glass
