Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Suze Bitter Elabore Liqueur
- 15ml Greek Mastiha Liqueur
- 15ml Activated Charcoal Orgeat Syrup
- 7ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Bitters Lavender Bitters
Method
- In a metal tin begin to build your cocktail starting with 1 dash of lavender bitters
- Then add Brockmans Gin, Suze Bitter Elabore, Greek Mastiha, grapefruit juice and lemon juice
- Add the activated charcoal orgeat syrup
- Place Koldraft ice cubes in tin and shake for 20 seconds
- Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with white cotton candy for contrast
