Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 90ml Aubergine purée
  • 15ml Kiwi Syrup
  • 8ml Apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Grill the aubergine to bring out the flavour
  2. Purée the aubergine using the blender
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass
  4. Shake and strain
