Ingredients
- 30ml Brockmans gin
- 10ml Pimiento Dram
- 10ml Ginger & Lime juice
- 150ml Schweppes premium tonic
- 2 units Hibiscus dried flowers
Method
- Chill the glass with fresh ice (high tumbler)
- In a mixing glass pour in Brockmans gin, pimiento liquor and ginger/lime juice
- Stir and strain into the high tumbler with fresh ice
- Top with Schweppes Premium Tonic water and gently stir
- Garnish with 2 edible Hibiscus dried flowers and a cinnamon stick
- Enjoy!
