Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 2.5g Marmalade Gum Syrup Orange Bitter Bio
- 10ml Black Fabri
- 15ml Drambuie
- 60ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit
- 1 unit Crushed strawberry
- 2.5g chilli pepper
- 50ml Quail Rose Liqueur in white foam
Method
- Grind the strawberry
- Mix the ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Create the foam (ester sucro)
- Double strain into a glass
- Top with foam
- Garnish with rose petals and chilli peppers
