Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 22ml peach puree
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 60ml club soda

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except club soda over ice
  2. pour into collins glass (with rocks)
  3. top with club soda
