Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans Gin
  • 22ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 22ml 1:1 Honey Syrup
  • 5 units Creme de Violette Pearls (home made)

Method

  1. Shake 1st three ingredients vigorously
  2. Rim a coupe glass with a lemon
  3. Dip glass in candied lemon peel powder to rim
  4. Double strain into rimmed coupe
  5. Garnish with 5 violet beads
