- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Bon Vita Merlot
- 7ml Fernet Branca
- 5ml Demerara syrup
- 15ml Pulverised blackberries
Method
- Pulverise 15ml worth of blackberries into tin
- Add Brockmans Gin
- Add Demerara syrup
- Add Fernet Branca
- Shake
- Fine double strain
- Pour into Nick and Nora
- Add Bon Vita Malbec and stir with garnish
