Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Bon Vita Merlot
  • 7ml Fernet Branca
  • 5ml Demerara syrup
  • 15ml Pulverised blackberries

Method

  1. Pulverise 15ml worth of blackberries into tin
  2. Add Brockmans Gin
  3. Add Demerara syrup
  4. Add Fernet Branca
  5. Shake
  6. Fine double strain
  7. Pour into Nick and Nora
  8. Add Bon Vita Malbec and stir with garnish
