Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Slinsgby Rhubarb
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 20ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 30ml Pink Grapefruit (1/4)

Method

  1. Add 1/4 grapefruit in to tin and muddle
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice
  3. Shake hard
  4. Double strain into frosted Martini glass
  5. Add garnish and serve
