Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 50ml Orange Juice
  • 1 unit Sugar
  • 60ml Soda

Method

  1. Pour fresh orange juice into the glass
  2. Mix the sugar with orange juice
  3. Fill the glass with ice
  4. Pour Brockmans Gin into the glass
  5. Top up with soda and stir softly
  6. Garnish with orange peel and star anise
