Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Beet Syrup
  • 3 units Strawberry
  • 5 units Blueberry
  • 15ml June Liqueur
  • 50ml Hibiscus Soda

Method

  1. Add the strawberries and the blueberries into shaker and muddle them
  2. Add Brockmans Gin, June Liqueur, Lemon Juice and the Beet Syrup in the shaker
  3. Add ice in the shaker and shake it
  4. Add some ice to the cocktail glass
  5. Pour it in the glass and top it with the homemade hibiscus soda
