Ingredients
- 12 units Blueberry
- 3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 2 dashes Cherry Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 40ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Noilly Prat Dry
- 10ml Lillet blanc
Method
- Muddle blueberries with all bitters and simple syrup. Place in chilled martini glass or coupe
- In a mixing glass stir Brockmans Gin for 10-12 seconds dependant on ice quality
- Then add your vermouths
- Stir for a further 6-8 seconds
- Fine strain/Float your gin martini on top of the ‘purée’ in your martini glass and garnish
